This project focuses on designing and developing a smart calorie and diet app that helps users understand and manage their nutrition easily.
The app allows users to:
Upload a photo of their meal, and the AI analyzes it to estimate calories and macronutrients (carbs, protein, fat).
Discover personalized meal plans and healthy recipes based on their dietary goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, or balanced nutrition).
Get daily insights and suggestions to help them make healthier food choices.
Track nutritional progress visually and stay motivated through reminders and streaks.
The app aims to combine AI technology with user-friendly design to make healthy eating simple, fast, and accessible for everyone.

Problem Statement
Many people struggle to maintain a balanced diet and accurately track their daily calorie and nutrient intake. Existing calorie apps often require manual input, making the process time-consuming and difficult to sustain. Additionally, most users find it hard to estimate how many carbohydrates, fats, or proteins are in their meals—especially when eating homemade or restaurant food. As a result, people often make inaccurate food choices, fail to reach their health goals, and lose motivation to continue tracking their nutrition.
Problem Solution
The app solves the problem by integrating AI-based image recognition with a personalized nutrition system.
